Cell Data Table: CDT is a main data base table for our client, which consist of all the sector names with its hard and soft parameters. These parameters can be changed by TYPE I or TYPE II data.

Our system consists of 6 binaries, DCM, PBM, PBE, SPE, OAM, OAMAGENT, Call Manager, and Location Engine.

Our system is configurable for three carriers (Dobson, Triton, RCC and Edge) and two protocols (TDMA and GSM).

DCM process is configured to look for the new Type1 and other optional dumps after a configurable time period in the configurable FTPWatch directory for Type I dumps and generates a new CDT and .html file. The new generated CDT would incorporate the changes from the Type dumps and .html while would display a report of the changes, which are reported to PBM. DCM notifies the PBM with m_RFMapNeededICID and m_PSDNeededICID.
